Patient Care COVID-19

Optimal safety to patients, therapist and general public is always of primary . In order to meet the standards provided by the Ontario Ministry of Health, as well as the regulatory colleges strict adherence is followed to meet their guidelines should an outbreak occur..

1. Appointments are booked to allow disinfection between patients. We have had to adjust to the "new normal" and are still asking that a mask be brought to your appointment or one will be provided for you.
2. Upon arrival please use hand sanitizer; a mask to be worn by all patients; temperature is taken by an infrared thermometer, and a series of screening questions for risk assessment of COVID-19 are to be submitted prior to your appointment. This is found under "forms".
3. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time (no earlier) in order to fill out forms and to allow proper disinfection of the clinic.
4. In accordance with previous massage standards, ALL linens will be changed after each use.
