Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
Treatments at Archway To Renewal Natural Therapies are scheduled by appointment only.
If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment please notify our office, by phone, at least 24 in advance of your scheduled session. There is a 50% cancellation fee for missed appointments without notification. Exceptions are made for illness. In an effort to provide a healthy environment, we respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold, fever or flu, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients and staff.
If you arrive late for your appointment, treatment will be provided for the remaining session time with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, we are unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.
Most of our services are covered by extended health insurance. Please call us for more information.
Health insurance policies are an arrangement between an insurance provider and the patient. Due to patient confidentiality the therapist at Archway to Renewal will not contact the provider on your behalf. It is in your best interest to find out about your coverage before treatment. All services rendered by the therapist(s) at Archway to Renewal are to be charged directly to the patient who is responsible for payment. The health practitioner will prepare forms (invoices) for the patient who will then submit to their insurance provider. No refunds for services rendered are given at any time.
Treatments are given based on the monetary amount or treatment purchased. No invoices are supplied to the recipient and the certificates have no cash value.
Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first Massage Therapy appointment to provide health information to the therapist. For Osteopathic treatment a more detailed health history and assessment is provided. New patients can download forms from this web-site.
